$NN I agree with those who say I have been overly optimistic on timing. That said, I have underestimated the value of the NN low band spectrum. This article gives a good idea about potential demand for low band from Elon and SpaceX.
Charles Frischer on X
$NN Given demand from direct to device carriers, we might receive bids from 4 or 5 parties willing to pay a fair price for the NN low band spectrum. These bidders could include big three, Amazon and SpaceX.

$NN An investor bought 5,000 Sept $15 option contracts today for $1.40. Assuming shares were $25 post NPRM, these have a 7x return or an implied 15% chance of happening. I think at $1.40, these options were priced far below intrinsic value. I like this trade very much. Very smart

$NN Some commentators on this board believe satellite companies have no interest in buying NN 900 MHz spectrum. I think this NPRM for space part 15 for 900 MHz implies the exact opposite is true. I believe satellite companies will show strong interest in NN spectrum.
Charles Frischer on X
NextNav is working toward an FCC NPRM, drawing on its CEO’s prior experience securing FCC approvals while working for Charlie Ergen.
Charles Frischer on X
NextNav acquired Telesaurus and advanced FCC proceedings, with a notice of inquiry issued and an NPRM submitted to OIRA.
Charles Frischer on X
$NN Claiming that this will hurt NN's chances for an NPRM are just silly, not based upon the facts and fear mongering by a short focuses analyst. In think it is clear that the FCC sees the 900 Mhz band as important spectrum and is setting fair rules for all participants.
