$NN OIRA posted they are taking a meeting on June 10th from opposition party. Might mean that June 3rd blog announcement is off the table. Explains today’s stock weakness. Patience will be required but likely rewarded. Balance sheet getting much stronger with warrant redemption

@scottwilsonUSD $NN I think there will be a solution that works for all parties. The country needs our spectrum.
Charles Frischer on X
$NN At this point in the process, it doesn't really matter if the NPRM drops in June, July or August. The value of spectrum has dramatically changed over the last 12 months. Direct to device with satellite companies like SpaceX and Amazon have become critical buyers of spectrum.
Charles Frischer on X
$NN Waiting a few extra months to get the NPRM doesn't matter compared to the ultimate value of the spectrum. Plus the NN spectrum can/will be used for many additional vital issues like IOT, drones and other AI uses.
Charles Frischer on X
$NN Finally, check out the comments recently made by Anterix regarding how they are thinking about the value of their spectrum. The numbers are much higher than I had ever imagined. I am long a bit of $ATEX. NN spectrum is far more powerful than the low band spectrum held by ATEX
Charles Frischer on X
Fairfax Financial's Buffett backstop mattered most when shares traded at 70% of book value, with Buffett viewed as a potential buyer at 1.5 times book.
Charles Frischer on X
@ClayBaumung @PronkDaniel That assumes 15% growth in book value over the next 8 years, reinvestment of the yearly $15 dividend and $FFH selling for 2 times book value. Doesn’t seem crazy to me.
Charles Frischer on X
@DSacksCreative $NN The low band spectrum controlled by NN is quite valuable. $GSAT is a terrific comp. Sold for 11.6 billion. In many ways, our spectrum is extremely valuable and can carry more data and is more vital. Very desirable asset.
